Availability Notifications:

Every product has a availability notification. On a couple of notifications, we would like to give more information.
Low in stock – Product has only 2 or less in stock. On Bearmach items it could mean that it has already run out of stock, our stocklists are not linked. You can always contact us for latest status. If product runs out during ordering, we will notify you by email.
Out of stock – Product has sold out. E-mail for latest status. On our steel products is normally 4-5 weeks.
Backorder – Product is already ordered, but not yet in our stock.

SPO – Special order item. Item specially ordered for customer. Has delivery time, depending on product can be between 1 week to 3 months.

Delivery:

We try to deliver as fast as possible. Allow up to 3 to 4 working days before shipment. Some items have a longer delivery time which is stated at the product page. This does not include shipment transit times towards the customer. All weights are up to 30kg’s standard in our system. If your item is heavier, please email us for a shipping quote to your address.
We have different shipment options available. We can sent with PostNL, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT.

For Netherlands – You can check your shipment price on the ordering page. We ship with PostNL. From now on they only do a 1 time delivery at home address, after that you would need to pick it up at a local post office. If your products exceed the set limits, please contact us when you don’t see a shipping quote.

For Europe – You can check your shipment price on the ordering page. If your products exceed the set limits, please contact us when you don’t see a shipping quote.

Outside Europe – We can ship to all countries. Let us know which items you would like to order, include the delivery address and we will give you a quote. Also a request for a particular shipper is possible.

Remote Area’sImportant! For some villages in Europe and the rest of the world a surcharge is applied. This is for rural (difficult to reach) places and islands. If you think you might live in such a place please contact us to ask for the delivery costs. Otherwise we might have to charge you more for shipment after you order.

Customs – Outside EU: All items can be supplied without VAT (subtract 21% from price). In your country: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Companies – We can offer VAT reverse charge. Enter a valid VAT number and VAT will be deducted. Emailing your VAT number is also possible.

Return Policy:

We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop. If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product then please contact us on info@milspecvehicles.nl or 00316 511 986 11.

If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused (so no scratches or dents, will be judged by us).  You can read below how to handle. If product is received with the previous conditions correct, we will refund your money excluding the original delivery and payment costs within 14 days. The return shipment costs are for the sender.

If you want to return a product, first contact us on info@milspecvehicles.nl or 00316 511 986 11. We will evaluate if it is allowed to return it. If we accept the return you can sent it to:
MilSpec Vehicles, Donderdonksedijk 9, 5492 VK Sint-Oedenrode, The Netherlands.
Return costs are for the sender.
